Want to make txt urls into <a href - <CFSET URLString = "#body#">

Hi

I have created a news archive where my client can submit a title and body content and picture through a simple form.

Some articles may have a url or an email within it but I have no way of knowing where in that cell it will be. I am trying to replace www. with

#ParagraphFormat(body)#

But get error: Complex object types cannot be converted to simple values

Someone called OPENMIND posted a reply to the question: parsing a url which I have tried but got the error:Parameter 3 of function Mid which is now -5 must be a non-negative integer.
