Utility to add selects to chain menu ?

Hi-

We are using this script:

It's a great script but very difficult and confusing to add selects.
What we need is a utility where you can enter selects accross the
menu and then submit, and then it would add them to the menu.

Is there a utility out there, or a way to write a utility
that will allow us to add selects to a chained menu?
