Ok here is my question. I would like for people to be able to update some pages. for example. I have a page that would have current information about a event list. Sometimes this can change often and I would like the person that does this to be abe to update it via the webbrowser. The page is has a "form" look to it. If any one has any suggestions it would be great. Thank you

You might be able to do what you want with a few modifications to this script: http://www.xav.com/scripts/start/index.html
It has a "things to do list" which is updated via the web which could also function as an event list I guess

Also check cgi-resources.com

I recommend:

News Pro http://amphibian.gagames.com/newspro/

or

News Publisher http://216.55.4.124/news_publisher/index.shtml

both need ssi to run. It has all the thing you need.

CGI Resource Index http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/What's_New/ got a list of program that you might want to look at.
