Store Script/App needed

I need to build an online store type website, but I don't want the users to be able to order online. I want them to phone to order. Does anyone know of PHP/MySQL tool that I can install and use for this? I don't want it t have a shopping cart.

Just use any store script and remove the shopping cart section.

Limiting it to just phone orders will half your business - toll calls can be expensive
