Sending vCard from website form

When someone fills in a form on my website, it emails me their contact details, which I receive in Outlook 2000.

Then I manually type all this info as a contact.

In a bid to improve efficiency, I would like to set this form up so it emails me a vCard. Then I can simply drag and drop this card to auto create an Outlook contact.

How can I do this?
