Run CGI at home in windows - Quite new to Perl. Want to run at home

I am quite new to perl, and don't now much about cgi and how things work. However, I can program in perl and I want to try to connect my scripts my pages,

Is this possible to do at home? What software do i need to do that? I.e. to try them out in explorer etc.

I have win95 on a 133mhz.
