Really need help...

My employer wants a Yahoo store, so here I am trying to build a Yahoo Store for the first time. I have managed to do a mass upload of our products, and to build something resembling a store using their templates, but I am stuck as to how to get the store looking like our site. I have dug through their manual again and again. The problem is not with understanding how to use their proprietary language, I am having problems getting the site to use the templates that I try to create using the language. Has anyone ever built a highly customized version of Yahoo Stores or know of any tutorials that are more in-depth than what Yahoo provides? Any help would be appreciated so, so much!
