pop3 to cgi

In a nutshell, here is what I am toying with....

Need to have a cgi module for Linux based system using sendmail to allow me to receive in an email and re-direct it to a cgi....

What I want to acheive is a global email address that will accept email and allow me to get the content to a cgi routine....

I have seen/read a couple of related articles...just can remember where....

Anyone have some specifics or point me at the correct resources...

Read the procmail man-page.

The rest should be easy.

Do you want to store the email where you later can receive them via CGI or do you want to call a CGI everytime an email arrives ??

Actually both, the initial process is to notify, the second to retrieve and read. If necessary, I can handle it either way (process as each arrives, or process on demand later)
