New Account in Cpanel's WHM

Hey everybody...

I just recently purchased a reseller account, and I"m looking to do my own hosting. I want to have an auto-setup process, where they fill out a form, process payment, and then the account is active. I found the access key for WHM, and the sample files they give to do something like this...but they are CGI/Perl...and I don't know too much about them. I would rather have it done in PHP, since I know more about it and it's faster.
