Need quote on a custom script

hi!

I need a custom script made up for me, my perl knowledge is limited to configuring them..not doing them, so i taught this would be a good place to get an expert! please read the description of the script, those interested in submitting a quote can do so by posting here or via email.

The script will be used on a small coupon site, users will be able to browse the coupons (each coupon as its own html page) and when they find the ones they want they click the "save" button and go on with their browsing, when they are finished they click the "view content" button and another windows opens up, containing all the coupons they selected, ready for printing.

I do not need any extra's on this, it must do the above only, some sort of simple interface must be available to add and remove the coupons, but no frills.
