Need help on a project

Hi,

I am currently working on with a client who wants to develope a client portal.

Major points needed:
-unique logins
-ability to post/read news
-The big part:
The ability to upload files (sized from 70mb to 650/700mb {full cd}) to the business and the business to be able to send back. These could be stored and an email like messages appears when the client or admin logs in to the portal telling them they have new downloads pending.

There need to be an admin and a client side to this.

I am looking for someone to write this. Any suggestions?

The main problem with the filesize is that many ISPs will time out, as will browsers. You can change the server settings to accomodate it on the server side, but it's not reasonable from a browsing environment. If that much data is being sent, it needs to be done through ftp, not http, but I would recommend investing in a good relationship with the couriers for that much data.

Otherwise, sure this is doable, if you're interested in getting bids, post in the Marketplace.
