Looking for help with a search script $$ waiting

My first post on here Great forum.

I want to enable visitors to search my site. Simple enough but I want to include thumbnail images with the results.
So it would look a bit A bit like this html I don't know what is involved in getting this up and running but I will pay anyone that help me out.
