Looking for Help Desk type ticket system
I've been looking online, and haven't yet found anything that quite fits what I'm looking for. I was wondering if any of you know of any good scripts for this purpose.
Here are the features I'm hoping for. Note that I plan to use this internally, so clients won't actually see it.
- Due Dates (and ability to sort by, and stands out more when overdue by changing color to red or something)
- Priorities (and ability to sort by)
- Assign employee to ticket
- Turn off/on all emails from ticket system
- Filter tickets by client/requester
The closest thing I've found so far is troubleticketexpress.com. The only thing I don't know if I can do with it is due dates and turning off/on all emails. I plan to install it and find out today, but would still appreciate any input.

And please, don't just direct me to HotScripts or some site like that.I know how to surf the web, I'd just like some 3rd party input on scripts that come close to meeting my requirements.
I would code a system myself, but a lack of time is one of the reasons I need this.

Well, Eventum is the only ticketing system I've had experience with. It's meant for bug tracking, but will do everything you need it to (and more).
Seems that Trouble Ticket eXpress doesn't use a database?! Weird, that'll limit the number of records you can put on there, unless you buy that add-on module. Although if you're only dealing with small volume TTX might work for you.

Thanks, Jeeves. I got the PM also, and will check it out.
Yeah, that is weird about no database. I like how they say it's open source, then start naming the add-on modules you'll have to buy.
I'm also looking now at PHProjekt. Looks decent.
