Looking For Directory Script

Hi,

I have yet to find the proper directory script I need. This script should be developed in PHP and consist of a ranking system.

I'd like for members to be able to add their website two ways:

1. Free listing- member adds voting button to their web page. Rankings improve each time a vote has been made.

2. Featured listing- allow for a member to purchase one featured listing.
