Looking for (Classpro)

I am looking for a cgi program called (Classpro) or something like that. I have seen it used on sites all over the place but have not been able to find were it can be downloaded. If you don't know where I can find it can anyone tell me where I can find a good free classified or personals cgi program? Unix platform.
