Local php.ini File
Greetings, I need to configure my cPanel Server to allow local php.ini files because the php_flag option in .htaccess files are not allowed. Tutorials online state that in order to set php values on a server with phpSuExec installed, one must use a local php.ini file in the web root, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Does the server have to be confgured to look for the local php.ini file? Thanks.

Ok, so I answered my own post.
Upgrading to PHP 5.2 allows you to have a php.ini file in a directory to override certain settings when php_flag doesn't work in the .htaccess file.
