I'm Finding it diffuct to Connect database from Dreamweaver using PHP/MYSQL

Hello guys, I wish someone can help me out I'm creating a website where by each client will have login and access to their member area..and a registration form, and feedback form., I'm using Dreamweaver Mx for my design, I coundn't connect to my MYSQL Connection in DW. I'm Using PHP/MYSQL Technology so how do i defined my site. and how to connect to my database.. the Procdure to this two.. how will be highy greatfull for response.. thank you.

Are you using your local machine as your test server? If so, Do you have MYSQL installed? What errors, if any, are you getting?
