I Need a tutorial or manual
I need a step by step perl programming tutorial.!
I decided to learn PERL a few days ago but I didnt find any good tutorial for beginners.
Where can I get one?
It doesn't matter if it's in spanish or in english.

Step by step how? I personally advocate the book "Learning Perl", published by O'Reilly, and authored by three of the pillars of the Perl community. If there's anyone who wants a person to learn Perl, it's them.
