I need a 'free' mailing list manager that sends newsletters with banners (adds).
The email that the mailing list manager sends must have adds on it. (banner, etc, etc)

You should find what your looking for. One thing to remember is that a lot of people's email clients do not support HTML, so the html banner ads will not show up properly for them. Instead you may just want to go with text ads.
