Well... the simplest way would be to use whatever FrontPage has. But I don't like FrontPage.
You can search http://www.hotscripts.com for some Discussion Boards. Find one you like and read the ReadMe that comes with it. Good scripts should come with a good ReadMe that will explain the installation and setup

for your really quick reply. I am not designing on frontpage. i work well with dreamweaver, but am lacking in the scripting department!
