How to encode an URL?
A newbie question!
If the user type in: http://www.domain.com/~page/subpage.htm.....
How do you encode the string into URL-encoding format? (with hex values)
Thanks a lot

Sorry!
I found some ways to do this, share them with you:
CGI::EnURL
URI::Escape
