How do I get a CGI?? - I dont know anything about CGI and I need one for a form.
If you are looking for a CGI Script that allows users to send mail, you do not need any money. One of the best free ones is at http://worldwidemart.com/scripts/formmail.shtml
It has good directions to help you install the script. The best advice I can give you now is to make sure your web provider allows you to use CGI scripts. I hope this helps.

I need a CGI to make my submit button work for a form. I dont know anything about CGI or Webpages for that matter. Can anyone give me some advice in simple words for a novice. I have money to purchase a CGI script but know nothing about them. I want one to send an email to me with the form filled out like the submitter filled it out.

If you want to use forms on your site, you don`t need to install CGI scripts or even know anything about them.
Just go here and run interactive forms on your site for FREE with no need for CGI.

I made a mail form with simple html (copy pasted from one of many free sources) -- works fine
