If you have CGI access on your server there are plenty of free guestbooks out there to install into your own cgi-bin. That gives you the maximum flexibility oh how you might want to configure it for looks and function. Try: http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Guestbooks/

If you're on a FWP without CGI access, you can get remotely hosted guestbooks from lots of places. Try: http://www.bravenet.com

This one lets you control every little detail of your guestbook. it is remotely hosted, but their advertisments aren't that intrusive.

There is a pretty cool guestbook at http://www.guestworld.com

Not the best design, but it has all the admin features that you need.
