Grab email
Is it possible to grab someone's email address when they visit your site without them having to fill out a form? Like grabbing ip addresse's. I heard it was using cgi script, but haven't found the answer yet.

i've heard it was possible with older browsers, but it isn't possible now.

I don't think it is possible to do this, and even if it was, since they did not enter there email to receive email from you, if you emailed them would it not be considered 'spamming' ?

It would defiantly be a major privacy issue if it were possible. Both Netscape and Internet Explorer ask you to setup a profile. But I’m pretty sure there is no way to access it with a script of any kind.
