i need to know how to; get my members information that they send me and it end up on my email. so that when they type in there username and password it shows up on email

You might want to try a form mailer. Go to cgi-resources.com. This is very simple to do and if you know perl could do you self.
Just have perl parse your forms and send you the data from it using SendMail (pipe it to mail program on sever).
