Hello.
Have some question about Ruby-on-Rails.
We've searched the web and discovered that it's offered only at
Linux-based hosting. Windows installation is also possible, however
nobody provides RoR on Wibndows. We just thought what if offer RoR for
our Windows users as well? Any ideas, experience?

You could do this, but I doubt it's recommended: like running PHP on Windows.

Basically if someone wants Ruby on Rails they should get Linux hosting. It was built to run on that platform, and there may well be issues with running it on Windows.
