Hi,

I'm new on this forum & I'm stuck in a spot. I need a script for doing an online-discussion forum on my page.

Can anyone tell me where to find it? And is it free?

Thanx!

Hello:

I'm sure Joseph will be pleased to see you want to use his script. I believe he has a free version of this forum available, just click on the small graphic at the bottom of the page in the middle.

Good Luck

JP,

You can download perl for windows from activestate.com, just install it, then install a webserver (Apache is good) and you are running! Smiling

I use it to test and customize scripts that I download before installing them on a remote machine.

Cheers

Hey Babbler,

I looked at your site and really like the design alot. However, when I view it in Nutscrape...it keeps crashing it. Hummmm....
You might want to look into that. (I did empty cache and history).

You're welcome for the link...glad it helped. Smiling

I'm going to check out that forum myself...not good documentation though?

Question...
Does ActivePerl have a wizard for mailscripts, rotating baners etc...

THAT would be very cool Wink

Thanx a load!

I did download wwwthreads, but am not able to configure it. I run on my local machine Frontpage server & Netscape Suitespot Administration. I also downloaded Perl for windows. Now what do I do? There's hardly any documentation on the site for setting it up.

Regards

Babbler
