cgi and php help please

can someone please tell me the best way to install scripts.

I also need help with forms, I dont want to use the mailto: function is there something else I can use in its place.

We can help but as a general rule, the best thing to do is to look in the Readme file that comes with the script.

A form with php works well for me. You can use it with MySQL or not.
