Bypass $ENV{HTTP_REFERER} check

I want to get a web page by LWP::UserAgent, other normal pages are okay, but what if the URL point through a cgi script, which check for referer (only allow a call to that page in their domain)
Is there a solution to this? Thanks

Oh, and the new icon for NEW THREAD looks weird!!! I don't like it at all.
