What blogging platform is the site on? I'm sure there are podcasting plugins for Wordpress... not sure about other platforms.

Currently, my client has a site on blogspot.com, but he wants a custom website created and easier way of uploading audio recordings (speeches). He says uploading to blogspot is cumbersome. I have almost nill experience with blogging scripts so am looking for suggestions.

I like Wordpress a lot. It's simple and easy to use yet highly customizable. There's also a huge community around it and lots of plugins and themes available. Does your client have any particular blogging needs other than the audio uploads?

I haven't talked to him in detail yet about other needs. I only know that he needs an easy way to make audio recordings available. Thanks, I'll take a look at Wordpress
