Big Talker BBS
I need help. I am really upset that I bought this stuff, but I am stuck with already having paid for it.
I am trying to put it on NT I can get almost all the paths, but The admin is not responsive.
Please help, Index Finger shut down their help BBS because they aren't Y2K compliant and people can't stand them anymore.

I would consider opting for another BB as the future of BT seems uncertain...

Which BB would you suggest....We're about to commence planning for our site www.greatdebate.com and are looking for a GREAT BB.
Thanks for your help.

JP - Funny you say that. My company has chosen BT as their "mission critial" forum software. I tried to get them to go with UBB but they insisted BT was better. Don't ask me why (I think the head programmer is more familiar with it).

I would stick with the board that this site is currently running, the Ultimate Bulletin Board. It is easy to administer and very user friendly.

I like UltraBoard, but UBB is a great script. You can see an example of it at the support site http://www.ultrasupport.org/ . It a free board and one that I use on my site.
DCForum is another good board. You can see a good example at my friend website http://www.icomic.com/dcforumprog/dcforum/dcboard.cgi
