I want to build a search engine.

Can anyone suggest a good meta search script?

I need one that is really customizable. I would like to build a meta search that I can alter the result manually to avoid spammy sites in the top 10-100 results, not that I'm going to do this for every keyword. But I need to be able to ban sites. I would also like to be able to post my own PPC ads or Google Ad sense or something similar on the results pages.
