I have error than comes on my site:

Probably the requested site doesn't answer or it timed out. Check the address or try again.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Is it squid problem?

What is the error in connection with?
from what you have it appears you are connecting to a database on another server, a news server or something? have you checked the username, password and database name? they are case sensitive.
