Ajax Tag, Shout, Chat board

Any of you know a site which provides AJAX shoutbox or tag-board or chat-board... All I can see are AJAX Chats plugins for popular blog like WP... I need something which can work when inserted in a page, I want to learn its source code so I can see how the thing works...
