Ad Delivery scripts
Due to the abysmal state the ad-industry is, I'm trying to add ad delivery support to my own site.
I would like to sell campaigns on my site, and have the unsold advertising sent to various ad agencies.
Anyone familiar with any scripts that can help me (free preferably).
My requirements are:
1. Being able to run timed campaigns (time/impression based).
2. Being able to cap these campaigns (per unique user, limited impressions per day, etc...)
3. Written in Perl

AdCycle(.com) is excellent, but it is difficult to install and is a resource hog. Check it out, though.
