Script for Teen Webmaster Classified/Resume Site

I finally have free time on my hands so I'm working on my site, http://www.teenwebmasters.com
At first I wanted to create a huge directory of webmaster resources, but there are so many sites out there that I want to focus on a site where teens can post their resumes/portfolios and I site where people can post want ads for teen webdesigners.

Here is where the dilema comes in. I don't have much database experience so I want to know what would be the best way to manage the user data. I would like something simple that I can implement into my current website design.

Thanks
Ryan
P.S. I don't have any teen resumes or postings from people that need jobs done so if you send me your resume or classified it will be at the top.

Welcome, zone69. You have an interesting idea for a site. Hope it is successful. Databases definitely makes things easier on you - once you get everything installed and such. Go to http://www.sitepoint.com and do a search for databases. I know there are helpful articles there. Good luck! Laughing out loud
