What did you download?
If you downloaded the windows version, you should just be able to open it up and install it.

I would suggest you download phpdev4 from http://www.firepages.com.au/ if it's for development purposes. It's a php/mysql/apache combo.

I have mysql and php running now...
and i have a vb in it... but at the install page it doesnt go further then the first step. What did i do wrong?

Do you have Apache 2 or Apache 1?
I don't know if vB works on PHP 4.2.0. And Apache 2 support is experimental in PHP 4.2.0. You should stick with Apache 1.3.24 and PHP 4.1.2.
