A CMS question that has been asked kinda before
Let me explain, I have had a look around in this forum and loads of others accross the web, but I am having real trouble answering this question.
I work for the national business register as their website design manager, and currently we re-sell through fasthosts , sorry any of you who like them, but with fasthosts I would have to get customers to pay £25 per site for simple scripting to be enabled, this is basically anything other than PHP and CSS, however, I have about 3 clients so far that want to edit just one page on thier website themselves, only one, and it seams harsh to make them pay 25 quid just so they can edit one page, what I was thinking was that I have hosting through heart internet and I could either i-frame or somehow include an editable page on their site, but what I am looking for is a single page CMS system, preferably just PHP, not mysql, that will allow them to visit say http://domain.com/admin/theirsitename and edit the single page for thier site on a remote site that I would host. I hope I am explaining this ok. does anyone know of a software that does this or would be small and simple enough to edit one page. I don't code PHP myself so unfortunately I would be a bit on the rubbish side at doing it myself.
Cheers, This is my first post btw so I am sorry If I put this in the wrong place.

You can actually code that in php... Or you could search in the web for a web based editor...
I could customize one for you but it's going to take some time and of course some compensation...
In the mean time, start looking at hotscripts.com

CMS is too advanced for your needs, try keywords "single page editor" ... I have came upon this in the results which holds a potential to match your needs... http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/67273.html
There are more listed there which you can check out for yourself, and most of them are freeware...
