Web Sites for Sale? - Looking for a directory of sites for sale.
Does anybody happen to know of a good place which lists a directory for sites that are currently on the market to be sold?
I'm looking for a site similar to what URLMerchant.com does with domain names, only for already designed and established web sites instead of just names.
Thank you in advance if anybody knows of something like this.

Don't know of a site offhand that list sites that are for sale, but the discussion as to a sites worth is always an interesting topic. Some say 10 x monthly earning, others say this, and on and on. What's your input, seeing you're looking to buy a site.
