Tracing route

Hi All,

Problem: Over the past 3 days I have had intermittent problems accessing my Website via browser (error: page not found) and FTP.

My hosting company assured me that all is fine on their end. I did a tracert, and found where the request times out. I emailed sprintlink.net, they said all is well.

I am really frustrated, because my clients are intermittently unable to access my site (they use different ISP's).

Has anyone experienced this problem? Any ideas?

Still happening? If it is, then try using one of those "anonymizer" websites to access the Internet and see if your site really is down, or if it's your ISP. I'm guessing it is indeed your ISP.

Are you getting "404 Page Not Found" errors? What is the exact error?

What is an anonymizer website, how do I find one and how do I use it?
