Is anyone else who uses this service been having problems lately?

They switched to a new host (so they say) and now their stats aren't as reliable as they used to be.

Can someone suggest another free service that's similar?

i'm not having problems because i don't use it, but i know several people that do use and they've stopped because of the problems.
