Here is some info that may help. Have you already got the SSL? If not you will have to buy one from Thawte or Verisign.

You dont have to buy a certificate, you can install Certificate Server (Certificate Authority is part of Windows 2K Server), and issue a certificate to yourself. This is only useful for testing, or if you don't mind that your clients will get a message saying "This isn't a known trusted site......blah blah"
