I'd like to setup a monitor to let me know if anything goes down on my server. What do you guys use...recommend ??

Zabbix is a great open-source (free) one. It even has clients for Windows.

Actually, I need some online service.. I've just searched for it with google and found a lot of such services, now I need to choose
For now, I think that http://www.serviceuptime.com is Ok for me.. 1 free monitor and flexible pricing if I will need more.. worldwide locations..
Anybody knows it? seems it is a new service..

I do use serviceuptime premium account for quite some time now and had no problems with them. SMS notifications are very helpful also. There is also one more monitoring service I tried but finally decided to stay with serviceuptime.

So, I've finally chosen serviceuptime.com... Seems it is what I looking for. Their free accounts have almost no limitations... even SMS alerts is available!
