I just installed WinXP in my duel boot machine, and I've lost lilo (in the MBR). How do I put it back?

You will need a Linux boot disk to re-install lilo.

I'm sure I did it wrong, but I solved my two problems.

1) Windows invaded my MBR
2) My boot disk had my C: drive (/mnt/win_c) as NTFS when it was FAT32 (I installed linux when I had Win2000 in, I've re-installed with WinXP on FAT32.)

I booted off the CD, and entered the install GUI thingy... I went through the steps, and let it detect that my drive was FAT32 (and not NTFS). When it asked to select which partitions to format, I unchecked all of them. I skipped everything, and remade my boot disk. Then I had it re-install the boot loader (lilo).

So, my questions are:
1) How can I fix my linux install and/or my boot disk the next time I change the format of a windows drive? (I may change WinXP to NTFS from FAT32)
2) How do I re-install lilo with the boot disk? What do I do at the command prompt?
