redirect to mobile not working in a .htaccess file

Hi,

I've trying to get a .htaccess file working to redirect mobile traffic to a page. When I add the code, I just get 404 errors from my server. I've tried accessing the site directly and it works ok. What am I doing wrong?
The attached text file contains the code.
