searchyard.com: I think this is a very good domain name. I'd say it could fetch around $500 undeveloped, a more if you developed it.
offdrive.com: I, for some reason, think this is a great domain name. It could be used for an internet storage site or something like that. $1000.
onlinegathering.com: A little long, and not the best. I'd say $250.
surftower.com: Would be a great domain name if you found someone to buy it in the surf industry.
shopcheapest.com: Not bad. Not great though.

I think they're all pretty good, especially the first two...

Okay, so I don't really mean *bad* domain names. All your domain names are generic, or at least a combination of generic domain names. Right now, people are scrambling to register all the generic domain names they can. Business.com sold for over 7 million dollars. In my opinion, it's a bad move. Think about it. The most popular sites on the internet...they all unique, catchy, punchy names. The most popular search engine is Yahoo! not search.com, the most popular ISP is AOL.com not isp.com, the most popular auctions site is ebay.com, not auction.com, the most popular on-line bookstore is amazon.com, not books.com

There's going to be a shakeout soon. People with generic domains are soon going to find that they're practically useless.

I agree with some of the points.

A good domain should be meaningful, and easy to remember.

I see so many people with long three word domains that #1 will never get a type in #2 very hard to brand because its so hard to remember.

Generic domains get the most type ins and type ins are great. Very potent targetted traffic.

None of them are *great*, but they all have potential...
