When I try to modify my dns information threw network solutions, I know all my information is right, but when i try to change it, i get these errors:

Quote:
For the primary server: Host name invalid. Host must be associated with the domains you own.

and for the secondary server: (216.117.25.215)

Quote:
Invalid characters entered, only alphanumeric and -% between dots.

Can anyone help?

Hi Grandmaster,

Try to use your old Host name(nameservers) or do a check on the domain to retrieve the old records and for NS you also need a NIC Handle reference. After that, make the changes if possible or you may have to email them about the error.

NS is really a pain in the butt, I once sold a domain and getting transfered to the new owner took almost 2 months

Good luck.

Regards,
NSS
