joker.com problems - please help!

I bought a domain name from joker.com some while back but now want to change an email address associated with it.

Doing a whois lookup revealed the following information:

I want to change the email address - just below where it says "Access World" - to [email protected].

I've sent 2 emails about a week ago, no reply to either. I've tried ringing them up and it says there is no such number.

I really need to make these changes.

Anyone advice or can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Jon,

You’ll need to go to http://www.joker.com and select “Changes/Service”. Login using your email address and password. You should be able to change it rather easily from the interface. If you forgot your password there is a procedure outlined on the page as well.

Yeah, just use their tools to change stuff, I have a bunch of domains over there!
