iis global redirect

Is it possible in IIS to set up a global redirect of one domain to another? In other words if someone accessed a page anywhere within site 'A' they would be redirected to site 'B' automatically.

It would be quite a bit of work to include redirect pages in each folder and/or page and set up customised 404 pages so if there was a way within the IIS administrator to cater for this situation it would be preferable.

wouldn't domain aliases be what you want? or possibly domain parking?
