IIS and Network Paths

Hello I have 2 servers load balancing my site. IIS points to the site files which live on a stand alone file server. For some reason when I update my site files on the file server IIS doesn't see the changes.

If i reboot the IIS servers they then see the changes

I know this must have something to do with using files off a network fileserver.

Has anyone seen this before and has anyone found a fix?

Hmmm, have you ever left them alone without rebooting to see if they would eventually update. What OS is the network file server running? Have you tried just starting and stopping the service rather than rebooting?
